The role of Sales Administration Manager is a new addition to the team, with the focus of maximising people, resources and systems to add sales

The role of Sales Administration Manager is a diverse role and will give plenty of opportunities to fully immerse yourself into all areas of the business and support the business with their growth plans.

Key responsibilities will include.
 

• Maximise project opportunities from external databases – download and coordinate who should be following up on them and tracking all tasks completed.
• Managing new opportunities on workflow management system and tracking who is dealing with them.
• Be a super user of external project tracking software to understand how to gain the right opportunities
• Working closely with estimating and sales team including managers in these departments
• Produce all reports on project pipeline, opportunities won and lost.
• Gain market insights understand business has been lost and changes that can be made
• Be a part of the project team for a new CRM system coming in next year and become a super user
