I've been to meet a business this week, when I walked into their office I felt at home straight away. Everyone was friendly, happy to be there and welcoming. You'll get the same vibe every single day when you walk in too…
The people I met were passionate about the business and the people they work for. They've been hit by COVID but who hasn't?! They are happy to report they're in a good place.
Having steadily grown to £4m through excellent customer service, referrals, teamwork and pulling together we're looking for someone likeminded in this business critical role to enjoy a career here!
We're well known and well thought of in our industry so it's important you have equally high standards and can follow the processes we've finely tuned over the years.
Our business culture is a Hard working, driven, family orientated place to work with a good work-life balance. We work smart and hard and always leave on time for you to switch off and enjoy family life.
This particular role is a varied role where you'll take a call from a customer, manage their expectations so we can fulfil our promises and get a contractor onsite in an efficient manner. You'll then liaise with the contract manager and decide which member of staff is best to go to site, then ensure we have the right materials (if we don't, order the correct products and quantities), book them into site and schedule this in all parties diaries.
It's important you're not only organised, process driven and have lots of common sense but have an assertive attitude. We're busy and our customers always want us to see them the next day so you'll need to manage expectations through clear communication.
You'll be reporting into the Office Manager, who not only has progressed throughout the business but is the new girl having joined 4 years ago. We have long standing members of staff who've been with us for 10 to 25 years which is testament to our team.
