Area Sales Manager
Client base merchants and distributors
Salary £40,000 – 48,000 plus bonus and car
Do you want to work for a well-recognised and respected name within the building materials sector?
The new Area Sales Manager will report to the Head of Sales and be supported by a dedicated internal sales team that offers customer service support and new business development.
The role of the Area Sales Manager will include the following.
- Support and develop the spending on existing accounts
- Targeted on bringing on new merchant and distributor accounts
- Targeted 3 calls a day that are planned
- Monday to Thursday on the road and an admin day on a Friday
To apply for the role of Area Sales Manager you will be able to say yes to the following:
- Experience in external sales from within the building materials sector
- Happy to cover a large area and stay away from home when necessary
- You will have a consultative sales approach and find building relationships easy
- Your skillset will allow you to analyse data and find areas for growth in your accounts
- You will have a good level of IT and have experience using a CRM system
- You will be based centrally on the patch
