We are a UK Manufacturer of construction accessories and solutions, part of a global business that offers careers opportunities in the UK and around the globe.

Due to increased demand for the products from all the company brands we are recruiting for 2 Cad Draughtsman, estimators that are looking to progress their career.

The role as a Cad Draughtsman

To work within the technical team and advise on the use of the products and to exploit market opportunities, leading to product development, solutions and increased brand awareness

The ability to understand technical drawings and to visualize possible applications and solutions using the company products.
Drafting experience required, with the ability to use AutoCAD
An understanding of engineering concepts is required e.g. forces, moments, stress and deflection.
Dealing promptly with incoming technical enquiries both phone and email. Requires good communication skills both written and spoken. The ability to explain technical products and concepts to both technical and non-technical customers and specifiers. Produce layout drawings for the products to enable site installation, to quantify the products required and to enable approval of the systems. Prioritizing jobs to ensure the agreed program is achieved.
