£32,000 – 45,000 plus car negotiable
Client
My client is a European manufacturer of specialist building envelope solutions, these solutions are project driven. Due to demand and vision to ramp up the UK market a new MD has been appointed this year. After a couple of months in the business there has been a need identified for a Project Manager – Contracts Manager to allow the senior sales team to focus on new projects. This is a great opportunity to grow with in a company that has exciting plans for the future.
Role
Typically they have 5-6 projects on the go at any one time ranging from £10K – £50K however they do have the occasional project that could be £200K. They  have a growth plan so the volume will increase.
Responsible for all subcontract orders from receipt to project completion
Main point of contact for all orders through the manufacturing process, install teams and sign off
Work with sub-contractor to prepare site specifics needs and time scales
Assisting with preparing and follow up of customer quotations
Participate in project pipeline meetings
Finalise all invoicing for work completed
Candidate
To apply for the role, you must have experience with

• Knowledge experience in dealing with sub contractor work in the UK Construction Sector
• Understanding of contractual obligations
• Experience with roofing, glazing, flat roofing, curtain walling would be advantage

Other knowledge and experience will be assessed at interview stage
