Welder Fabricator Full Time Permanent

Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Location: Clawdd Poncen
Shift: Days or Night shift available
Salary: £36,000 – £42,500 per annum (Depending on Shift)

Company Overview:
A growing engineering company specialising in the fabrication and advanced manufacturing for the transport sector. Due to ongoing expansion and investment in the facility positions for skilled Welder Fabricators have become available across multiple shifts.

Welder Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Assemble and weld components, and sub-assemblies
• Work in a fast-paced, advanced manufacturing environment
• Perform various types of welds including MIG/Stick, ideally with prior manufacturing experience
• Use grinders and various hand and power tools to fabricate projects

Previous Experience:

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a manufacturing environment.
• Industry-recognised welding certification (preferred).
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
