£60,000 – £65,000
Monday to Friday, flexible and hybrid working available.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join a growing company based in Beeston, Nottinghamshire. This position offers a great opportunity to develop into a Finance Director or CFO role with training and support available. You will serve as a shared resource across 2 companies in the group.

Daily duties will include:

• Managing and developing a team of 4
• Handle group financial initiatives
• Management and delivery of monthly management accounts
• Assist in preparing financial statements and accounts in line with IFRS/UK GAAP
• Managing and delivering quarterly forecasting and annual budgets
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of internal controls in accordance with Group finance policies and procedures.

Experience Required:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager/Management Accountant role.
• QBE considered for candidates with over 10 years’ experience in Finance.
• Experienced with handling group financial initiatives
• Experienced with managing the month-end close process with good understanding of UK GAAP/IFRS
• Proven experience of leading and developing a small team
• Highly skilled and proficient with Excel and experience with Xero and/or Oracle Netsuite desired.
