My client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke flooring solutions nationally.
Due to business growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Sales Supervisor to help run the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling a distributed range of underfloor heating systems and accessories such as wet underfloor systems, electric underfloor systems, thermostats, controls, manifolds, and pipes
- Selling into main contractors, sub-contractors, and merchants
- Generating new business through telephone and email sales
- Managing a team of 3
- Supervising, supporting, and motivating the sales team
- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries
- Generating and following up quotations to convert sales
- Revenue target circa £1m annually for the team
- Average order value around £2k
The ideal applicant:
- Must have sales experience within the construction industry
- Ideally sold underfloor heating, but open to plumbing & heating/ HVAC backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ideally will have person management experience
- Ability to mentor, motivate and support the team
- Strong relationship builder
- Enthusiastic, team player, with good organisation skills
