Salary: £36,000

Shifts: Friday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-moving manufacturer in Yorkshire. The primary role of the Electrical Engineer is to maintain all the machinery on site, to also get involved with the technical team on site with any upcoming project work. Continuous improvement is a big focus with ideas always welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Support the operations team on site to help resolve technical issues
• Work towards minimising the maintenance costs while aiming for a zero – breakdown
• Be able to work on your own initiative
• Have experience working with projects
• PLC fault finding

You MUST be a fully qualified Mechanical Engineer. We are looking for a time served Engineer who has a strong understanding of PLC systems.
