About the Company:
The company are leaders in their industry, with a strong focus on H & S. They operate out of Grantham, delivering high quality services to their customers. They are a family owned business, established in the 90s, they have gone from strength to strength; they are opening a new site in the near future!
About the Role:
You will be in charge of reactive work, ppms, light projects and some service jobs. It is a role that will test you and help you develop skills from the word "go"! You will be working on shredders, safety circuits, conveyors, gears, belts, hoppers, sorters, screens, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, dryers, inverters, mills, bailers and PLCs (Siemens)!
A continental shift pattern is employed, with the 4 on distributed between 2 days and 2 nights, working hours are 0600-1800//1800-0600.
About You:
A successful candidate will have:
- An NVQ L2 in Engineering, with an electrical bias
- PLC fault finding skills
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Strong electrical skills with solid mechanical competencies
