£65,000 + 12.5% bonus 75k+ OTE
Days Mon – Fri (8:30AM – 4:45PM) Early Finish Friday

We are looking for a maintenance manager to look after an entire department of engineers within our first-class manufacturing facility in Banbury. Market leaders in what we do we have generated over £5 billion worth of sales in the last year and have been in operation for over 200+ years in one of the most secure industries.

Most of our engineers have been in their roles for 15+ years with a wealth of experience behind them. The successful candidate will manage an entire maintenance department including maintenance planner and shift/days technicians.

The successful applicant will have relevant experience within food/FMCG industry and will be responsible for day to day running of the department. The role is 80% hands on and 20% office based this role will suit a hands on maintenance manager who loves a challenge. You will be responsible for scheduling all planned maintenance within the department as well as liaising directly with the plant manager regarding improvements

Experience Required
 

• Experience as an industrial maintenance manager within a food or FMCG environment is essential for this role
• Qualified to HNC or degree level minimum in engineering
• Experience scheduling and planning all maintenance within a department is highly beneficial to the role.
