4on/4off continental shift 

I am recruiting for a global Automotive company based in the Birmingham area, they are looking to add three maintenance supervisors to each shift due to a new 10 years contract with a major automotive player. You can be either bias, main duties involve being first point of contact for engineers, end of shift reporting, ordering spares etc.  The machines on site include; ABB robots, hydraulic packs, chemical injection heads, leather splitting machines, oyster presses, pneumatic storage systems, membrane presses, Ovens, sewing machines, water jet cutting boxes, automated spray booths, moulding presses and tufting/extrusion lines, scanners, light guards and more. Please note – you MUST have level 3 electrical considered, or a multi-skilled Level 3 apprenticeship

Experience required for the maintenance supervisor:
 

• 5 + years working as a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing environment – MUST be multi-skilled
• Must have level 3 electrical qualification, or multi-skilled apprenticeship 
• Experience working as a maintenance team leader or maintenance supervisor in the past ideally two years + but would consider less
• Experience within a fast paced environment as a maintenance supervisor
