We are looking for an electrical maintenance supervisor to join our team of 15 technicians at our heavy manufacturing facility in Rugby.

Role and Responsibilities
- The role is a largely hands off role, roughly 80% hands off with 20% hands on work when getting involved on major breakdowns.
- Taking the lead on suggestions for major electrical improvements across the site
- Delegate day to day working responsibilities
- Manage and monitor performance of existing engineering staff and contractors including issuing permits to work.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance and adherence across the site.
Experience Required
- Electrical bias is essential for this role
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in electrical engineering
- Prior maintenance supervisors experience in a senior/lead role
