I am recruiting for a leading UK waste to energy business. They have a turnover of over 1.68 billion a year and have recently expanded further after buying out another major waste company. The next step is for you to become one of the important electrical maintenance engineers at the site in Barking.
The current engineers are hardworking and passionate with a focus on continuous improvement and dedication to the job.
In this role as a maintenance engineer you will have a variety of jobs and responsibilities. This will include providing both reactive and pro-active highly skilled maintenance on all operational equipment, liaising with external contractors for reactive maintenance as well as scheduling planned service maintenance and actively participating in projects with continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles.
Experience and Qualification Required
- Level 3 qualifications minimum or 10 years’ time served.
- Electrically bias or multi-skilled engineer.
- Experience in heavy industrial or waste environment.
