Your job title will be Accounts Assistant however the list of duties are endless. Purchase Ledger is the key focus however you’ll need to answer phones, meet and greet at reception, book meetings, support management and your colleagues with Administrative duties and generally make things happen. No two days are the same.
It’s a fast paced role working 7.30-4, there’ll be no clock watching here and from time to time you may be required to work a bit later. We are well established and have grown tenfold since the millennium. We have many members of staff who have come in and worked their way from the ground up so if you have career ambitions and show potential your aspirations can be fulfilled here.
It’s really important you have top IT skills, Sage and MS Office (Outlook and Excel) proficiency is key. You’ll be a people person with a friendly positive outlook.
