Production Supervisor

We are looking for a experienced production supervisor with a background in construction/engineering as well as possessing the ability to supervise a team and be responsible for the day to day activities throughout the factory. You would be working for a company that specialises in manufacturing key components to hotels, student accommodation & health care sectors.
Main Duties
- Review production schedules
- Liase with quality/design for problem resolutions
- Material ordering
- People development & filling in for the production manager if absent.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with health & safety.
- Report daily targets & achievements to management.
- Supervise a team.
Experience required
- Experience in a manufacturing role
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Experience in construction/joiner manufacturing or fabrication (Desired)
- Communicate with customers & colleagues effectively.
- IT literate
- Manage the internal audit systems.
