The Client
My client is an established legal firm who has gone from strength to strength over the past decade.
Due to business growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a legal firm who are passionate about nurturing and developing their employees.
The Role
- Acting as the first point of contact for all inbound visitors, calls and emails
- General administration duties
- Assisting clients with their queries
- Providing refreshments
- Handling all inbound and outbound post
- Working to deadlines
- Audio typing
- Arranging transport, venues, and refreshments for client meetings
The Candidate
- Experienced Administrator (no legal industry experienced needed)
- Professional and discrete
- Comfortable with working to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
