You’ll be reporting into a Sales Director who’s a natural leader, their career has progressed at a strong pace and working with them yours will too.
This Regional Sales Director role is key for the business, you’ll be working closely with a reasonably sized team to develop, mentor and progress their careers. As well as working closely with your team it’s key you develop internal relationships with all other departments within this business, pulling the business closer together to work more effectively.
You’ll be instrumental in putting together and implementing sales strategy, working with a large budget you’ll be tasked with maintaining, developing and in some cases repairing long standing relationships with key customers.
You’ll need to have an eye for detail, be able to demonstrate excellent levels of Commercial awareness. You’ll need to have a proven track record in delivering results by managing a field sales team. Be comfortable delivering price increases whilst adding value.
