Regional Sales Manager

We’re recruiting for a Global Organisation who have an Autonomous, Independent UK Arm with a great culture, ethos and people first attitude.
Due to retirement, a restructure and internal promotions a new senior management team have formed and new Regional Sales Manager vacancies within the Sales team have come up.
The role is all about Maximising accounts, introducing the whole product range into existing and new stockists. This business are well known for one range of products but do have 5 different ranges.
You’ll need excellent sales skills, ability to instantly build rapport and dig deep to establish needs. You’ll need to be great at thinking on your feet but also a strategic planner with great time management skills. The Region is large so route planning, business planning and hard work is essential.
You’ll need to have sold Ironmongery products or something similar (Locks, Windows etc would work) Into wholesalers, distributors and stockists. There’s a CRM system and the product is high tech, so technophobes need not apply.
