REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – OEM PRECISION ENGINEERING
(Northampton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Coventry)
UP TO £55k DOE, £80k OTE uncapped bonus
30 DAYS HOLIDAY, Car, ongoing training and support etc..
My client are a global leader in providing world class engineering solutions for Precision manufacturers, OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers operating in high value manufacturing environments.
We are looking for technical minded engineer who is based within the West Midlands to cover a region stretching down to home counties region including Northampton, Cambridge and Milton Keynes to service their existing client base and hunting for new business opportunities.
You could currently or previously be a Production Engineer, Production Manager, Project Manager, Application Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer or similar looking for new opportunities
Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
- Experience of selling Cutting Tools, Tool Holding or Work Holding
- Identifying and developing new opportunities and customers for the range of products
- Background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing experience
- The ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and customer service orientation
- Confident in speaking to people and will have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Conduct training and support customer visits and exhibitions
The Package:
- Salary up to £50k per annum DOE
- 1st 6 months £500 per month commission guaranteed
- Uncapped OTE £80k+
