Sales Director / National Sales Manager – HVAC / Building Services Products

We’re a well respected business who’ve been trading for over 40 years, we have a team of 5 and a steady, realistic plan for growth. We turnover just under £10m with aspirations to grow by 25% over the next few years.
You’ll be setting targets, implementing strategy and working closely with the MD and the Sales team to achieve the organisations goals, our route to market is contractors and consultant with our products being back sold through key distributors/merchants.
The opportunity for growth comes through our flagship products but also new products we have to launch.
The ideal candidate has managed a remote team, understand HVAC, Plumbing, Bathrooms or a similar product range.
