New Office, New Website, New Hires & New Offerings

Adam Dolman

It’s been a super busy few months here at Stirling Warrington after experiencing a year beyond our expectations, dreams and annual target.

Having set up Stirling Warrington and building the business around exclusive and retained recruitment, the strategy was clear- Quality over Quantity. With this our business has organically grown thanks to referrals from both Clients and Candidates, thank you!

We have also found an ideal new office with lots of room and parking so in September we moved out of our old premises, and into our new Office at Bakewell Court in Loughborough (Postcodes LE11 5QY, feel free to pop in for a coffee!)
We saw a gap for our current clients with their head office recruitment, having filled a few head office roles ourselves, we found Katie and our values were aligned. In August Katie joined the SW Family to head up and launch our Head Office Support Recruitment Division and has hit the ground running.

Our Sales Division is busier than ever, with lots of new candidates registering and us meeting on average 15 new candidates in our office every week (With plenty of others being met across the country and at trade shows, our candidate pool is growing every week!).   We have also made a move back into Engineering again; with Jack coming from an Engineering Recruitment background himself and 80% of our clients being in manufacturing it made sense to focus on what we know (Specialists in recruiting specialists is our motto after all). Following a successful few months we have now hired our 2nd member of Staff into the Engineering Division, Alex Smit, a trainee from a professional sporting background he’s driven, motivated and most importantly has super high standards!

We have spent the time also reinvesting in our new website www.stirlingwarrington.co.uk with lots more functionality for both prospective job seekers and clients. These changes have been implemented following large volumes of people submitting CVs on a weekly basis alongside messages from clients looking for staff through the old website, so it was crucial to get a website where CVs and vacancies can be uploaded directly (On that note please register and start a conversation with us!)

Finally following a great 2018, we’d like to thank all our clients, candidates and suppliers who’ve helped us along the way! We’ve had a blast and I hope you’ve enjoyed dealing with us, as much as we’ve enjoyed dealing with you.
