We think it’s time to give a bit back…

Adam Dolman

We find ourselves in a forever changing and developing climate where we run the risk of the days flying by so quickly that we don’t stop to take note of everything around us from appreciating our countryside to helping people in need to wasted carbon emissions.

Globally, the impacts of the changing climate have become increasing visible. We have seen many public protests which have led to widespread awareness of the risks of further climate change. So, what can we do to help?

At Stirling Warrington, some of our biggest values are to give back to local communities and manage our carbon footprint. And so we are excited to announce that we have been busy planning a bunch of activities for next year ! We are very proud to be working with local charities in and around Loughborough including The Falcon Centre, Rainbows Hospice, Long Eaton Community Garden and Peter Le Marchant Trust. And we aren’t stopping at registered charities! Our team will be getting stuck in with some general clean up duties on the canal behind our office and donating clothes and coats to the homeless this winter.

You may be asking yourself, can one business really make much of a difference? You would be right to be sceptical. But we aren’t stopping there. We will also be hosting various events and campaigns throughout the year to share green initiatives and fundraising ideas, encouraging everyone to get involved and share their pictures and stories! As these will all link back to our core values, it is a great way for us to share each of our values and for you to get a better understanding of who we are and what we believe in.
