I would highly recommend Revin as a recruiter. Wow!! Where do I begin? I had been made redundant and was looking for jobs. I saw a message in my LinkedIn inbox from Natalie, my initial thoughts was not to reply because you get all sorts of recruiters messaging all the time about unnecessary jobs. But this time something just said to me to reply. This was a decision that turned the tables for me. From the very first time I spoke to Natalie she was so helpful, you could tell that she actually cared about you and her job, she carries herself in a professional manner, but yet you’re drawn to her warm character. She walked with me every step of the way through every stage of my interviews. Calling to make sure I was prepared, seeing if I needed any help with anything, called me before my interview and after to see if it went ok. I ended up getting the job with a fabulous company. Matt was my contact though-out the process and was a great help. To anyone looking for a new role, you need to speak with Nat - she is absolutely amazing.You don’t feel like a number or just someone to find a role for. Nat gets to know you, your personal circumstances and genuinely cares. There were no roles presented that weren’t relevant to personal experience, you feel like the role could have been made for you and Nat is very switched on in matching the roles to the people perfectly. This is down to Nat’s extensive knowledge of her clients in the construction industry and candidates. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Incredible experience in comparison to other recruitment agencies where you are given a quick call or email to see if there is just a bite. I had the confidence in Nat to put several ex colleagues of mine in contact before looking for a new role myself and all feedback was brilliant from everyone.

Had a great experience with Stirling Warrington, after a bad experience with another recruiting company I had almost given up using recruitment companies, but Adam came along with a friendly attitude with two very promising jobs. He was very helpful with tips, advice and details. Even helped me out sorting a cover letter too. Within a short amount of time the interviews were booked in and although one didn't pan out, the other offered me a position within hours after the interview. Not had the best experiences with recruiters in the past, as I didn’t want to jump into any job and still be unhappy, but Matt at Stirling is definitely one of those genuine recruiters who listens to what you want. Matt kept in touch with me for over a year, and he made the effort to give me a call every other month or so, to check for updates and let me know that he was still looking. Only time he proposed a job to me was when he knew it ticked all my boxes, and luckily he was right. He was extremely helpful throughout the interview process and was available outside of normal working hours. Hopefully I won’t need him again anytime soon, but if I was looking again he would be my first call, and would recommend anyone in engineering to speak to him first. Thanks again!

Adam at Stirling Warrington is probably the best - and most efficient - recruitment agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Natalie - Nats has walked me through 2 opportunities and arranged meetings with them both at ease. The first one didn’t suit the employer and the second one went to final stage rapidly. It was an opportunity that matched seemingly both employer and myself yet it in the space of less than a week I was contacted directly by a manufacturer of construction products and accepted a role.
