Working Hours: 8am – 4pm
Monday to Friday
FTC: 6 months with potential to go permanent

We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanent placement thereafter. As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Handyman:

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Perform basic plumbing and drainage maintenance tasks as needed.
• Undertake decorating tasks, including filling, sanding, and painting, to maintain the appearance of our premises.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from site staff and address any reported issues efficiently.
• Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and basic equipment to ensure they operate effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and invoices.

Requirements for the successful Handyman:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
