We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team

Key Responsibilities of the successful Maintenance Assistant:

• Assist Maintenance Coordinators with the day-to-day scheduling of lift maintenance visits.
• Help coordinate engineers’ diaries, appointments and planned maintenance activities.
• Liaise with engineers, customers, contractors and site contacts by telephone and email.
• Update maintenance records, job sheets and internal systems.
• Monitor outstanding maintenance jobs and follow up where required.

Key Requirements of the successful Maintenance Assistant:

• Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident communicating by telephone and email.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with good administrative skills.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
