05:30am – 2pm one week, 1:30pm – 10pm week after (rotating) 

The Company:

My Client are going through a large expansion,  they are now looking for a mechanical maintenance engineer which will be a mix of plant room/site services maintenance (boilers, pumps, compressors etc) and machinery maintenance. You do not have to have site services experience for this role as they can teach you. For this role you will demonstrate good overall mechanical knowledge – someone who has worked on a variety of kit before, experience with gearboxes, straps, belts, chains, pulleys etc.

Experience required for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• Have at least three year’s experience repairing an maintaining special purpose plant machinery 
• Mechanically sound – change bearings, straps, belts
• plant room/site services exp. with pumps, boilers, compressors would be advantageous but not a deal breaker 
• Any Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing background welcome to apply: FMCG/Food/Metals/Recycling/Automation/Foundry/Brick/ Aerospace
