We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a busy, high-volume food manufacturing site in Wellingborough!

Day to day you’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide variety of production and packaging machinery, including mixers, ovens, conveyors, cutters, wrapping machinery and much more.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer within a manufacturing environment
• Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or another high-speed production environment desirable
• Multi-skilled with both mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience
• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of health & safety and safe working practices
• Proactive approach to fault-finding and problem-solving
• Time-served apprenticeship desirable

The site operates a fast-paced production environment supplying major UK retailers, and we’re looking for an experienced engineer to join the existing maintenance team.
