A growing and well-established construction business is seeking an organised Purchasing & HR Assistant to support its busy office. You will play a key role in supporting the HR and Purchasing teams with meetings, deliveries & invoices.

Key responsibilities:

• Dealing closely with suppliers, ensuring invoices are processed accurately using the CRM
• Reconcile supplier invoices, investigate discrepancies and ensure all supporting documentation is in place
• Chase and obtain proof of deliveries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, handling queries and supporting purchasing activities
• Provide HR administrative support, including preparing paperwork, attending HR meetings and handling sensitive employee information confidentially
• Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail

What we’re looking for:

• Some experience in either HR or purchasing is preferred
• Excellent organisation and strong attention to detail
• Great communication and time management
• Driving licence and accesss to a vehicle would be advantageous due to location
