Since joining us in January 2021, Nat has had an incredible impact, leading our Building Materials division with passion, dedication, and a genuine commitment to doing things differently.
With nearly two decades of experience recruiting within the sector, Nat has built deep partnerships, challenged outdated recruitment approaches, and played a vital role in supporting the future of the Building Materials industry.

Reflecting on her promotion, Nat said:
Nat’s journey with us has been nothing short of remarkable. After spending many years with her previous employer, taking the leap to join Stirling Warrington was a big decision. But one she describes in one word: amazing.

Newly promoted Associate Director
- Strengthening Stirling Warrington’s partnership with the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF)
- Challenging traditional recruitment methods within Building Materials
- Driving sector awareness campaigns to support future apprenticeships
- Winning BMF Ambassador of the Year and receiving two nominations for Most Engaged Supplier
Looking ahead, Nat is excited to work closely with our Managing Director Adam and fellow Associate Director, Jonny, to help steer the business strategy.

“Since joining in Jan 2021, Nat’s been a real asset – someone I’d known (and competed with!) for years before she came on board.
I’ve trusted and championed Nat and her individuality from day one, and it’s brought the best out of her. This role really gives her the recognition she deserves (and has been hungry for, for a while) – in the business and the Building Materials industry.
She’s been a great sounding board, someone who shares similar values, challenges me when needed, and pushes things forward. This move strengthens and brings our leadership team together to achieve more. And I’ve no doubt she’ll follow in Jonny’s footsteps and grow the Building Materials division and Stirling Warrington team.
