We’re Moving (again!)
Yes, we’re moving again. We just can’t seem to stop growing!
We were keen to remain a Leicester recruitment agency as we didn’t want to move too far. Luckily for us, the Dock had plenty of space. So we’re just moving to a larger space upstairs – we’re sure that the team will appreciate the extra flight of stairs as part of their exercise routine.
The move is crucial to our ambitious growth plans, which also include the development of our commercial division and (more than) doubling the business within 12 months.
But, it really shows how far we have come in the 5 years of us trading. We celebrated that little milestone in April! Throughout the 5 years, we have been focused on being specialists in recruiting specialists. This’ll be the 5th office move since the business started. A lot of 5’s in this paragraph, I know.
Why the DOCK, Leicester?
We’ve made the decision to stay at DOCK long term. As it’s a great space, a great community and provides us with everything we need to grow.
The location is amazing in terms of convenience and our employees will walk to Abbey Park at lunch. DOCK also offers everything from the basics (clean, spacious, maintained office), free secure car parking and electric car spaces to good kitchens and showers.
Offering events for tenants from BBQs to free ice cream and free fruit Wednesdays, every Wednesday. They’re also electric bikes here- we can’t wait to cycle into the city centre when the sun’s out!
Now, we have the space to be able to continue growing with four new starters in May. It’ll give us more collaborative working spaces and a dedicated coffee area, because what is a Recruitment business without good coffee!?
What will the office be like?
To kit our new workspace we’ve entrusted Vision Projects to fulfil our vision with the décor and furniture to set it apart. It’ll be a professional, energetic and fun environment which are three words which encapsulate our business. But, the emphasis in the office is on quality, as we wanted the space to fit into our mission to be the best-rated agency in the midlands.
Will the bright yellow wall return? You’ll have to follow us on our socials and wait and see…
