4on/4off Days and Nights 
paid x1.7 normal rate 15 minutes before night shift (paid change over) worth £800 a year! Overtime frequent – earn £50,000 – £60,000!

Experience required for the mechanical maintenance engineer:
 

• 3 + years working as a maintenance engineer and would look at straight from the forces
• Mechanical bias 
• Exp. within fast paced manufacturing/heavy industry advantageous
• Ideally qualified to at least level 2 as a maintenance engineer
