Group Health & Safety Manager Full Time Permanent

Group Health & Safety Manager.
UK (Multi-Site Travel), Occasional overnight stays.
Up to £45,000 per annum DOE Company Car, Phone & Laptop.
Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

What We Are Looking For:

• Develop and implement H&S policies and procedures.
• Conduct and review risk assessments.
• Lead site inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents and enforce corrective actions.
• Deliver training and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor compliance with UK H&S legislation.
• Provide expert guidance to leadership and staff.
• Develop KPIs and track performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation.
• Excellent risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal ability.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret safety data.
• Leadership skills to influence and drive safety culture.
• IOSH qualification.
