This role includes..

• Dealing with enquiries, orders, customer queries and aftersales.
• It’s important you’re good with Microsoft Word, Excel but most important is your confidence when talking to people. If you’re unsure of anything it’s key to just pick up the phone and ask rather than wait for an email reply!
• Cross-selling, up-selling.
• Advising customers on products, deliveries etc.
