Maintenance Engineer

Week 1: 6am – 2pm
Week2: flexi-time (on call in the evening)
Week 3: 2pm-10pm
This is an extremely lucrative opportunity for a maintenance engineer to join a food manufacturer that have grown over the last few years. The role will be working in a factory where you will be mainly working food manufacturing machinery such as conveyors, mixers, metal detectors, filling lines etc. You will ideally be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer either bias – there is training involved for the first few weeks.
You will be on call one week in three where you will receive a £50 supplement, if you get called out you will stay on site for your 8 hours and then have the following day off. Most engineers will choose to do 6am – 2pm or 7am – 3pm that week.

Experience required for the multi-skilled maintenance engineer:
- At least 3 years experience working as a maintenance engineer
- Any exp. working on conveyors would be advantageous
- Electrically – need to be able to work with 3-phase, sensors and switches as a minimum
- Mech – belts, straps, chains, pulleys, belts, gearboxes etc.
- Maintenance engineer from any background welcome to apply
