Client

My client is a heavy side building product manufacturer that has a great product that is a natural alternative to traditional building products.

Due to investment and huge growth plans, they are looking to recruit an area sales manager to focus on selling their products to the national and regional house builders.

Are you a driven Area Sales Manager looking for a company that is going places and is willing to take you and your career on the journey with them?

Role

Selling your products directly to the national and regional house builders you will be happy to sell at site level and at regional director level.

These products are sold direct to site and not through a merchant network

The role would be covering from Crawley to Southampton and below the M25

Candidate

To apply for this role, you will need to say yes to the following;

• Live on the patch
• Contacts with national and regional house-builders
• Sold products direct to site and not back filled through merchants
• Experience of selling a heavy side product Aggregates, Blocks, Bricks, Ready Mix, Precast, Concrete, Insulation, Paving, Landscaping
• Or you will have sold a supply and fit product into the housebuilding sector
• You will be a hunter mentality and enjoy chasing the business
