My client are a global organisation of industrial tooling and equipment, they pride themselves on being the 1 stop shop for all Manufacturing and Engineering needs.
Due to their continued success they have created x2 brand new roles to support and increase their Cutting Tool division across the Midlands. This is a great opportunity to make your mark and put your own stamp into progressing the companies plans.
We’re looking for a Multi skilled engineer and you could be from sales engineer, applications engineer, or a Machinist looking for a new challenge. Both roles require the Cutting Tool Specialist to visiting across their designated area with the candidate to be ideally located within these regions:
- East Midlands Specialist, Covering Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and possibly South Yorkshire.
- West Midlands Specialist, Covering Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire.
Flexibility towards frequent travel to the territory you’d look after is essential, as well as occasional overseas travel for product training and new product launches.
To be successful as an Cutting Tool Specialist, we’re looking for the following skills / experience
- Previous experience as a multi-skilled CNC Programmer, Applications engineer or currently a Cutting tool sales engineer
- Practical experience within Metal Machining
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and being customer focused
- Confidently demonstrate solutions and benefits to the end user whilst on site
- Full UK driving license
Package & Benefits:
- £40k – £45K DOE
- £11k OTE,
- Hybrid or EV Company Car
- Private Medical
