I am recruiting for a globally recognised company who have over 400 employees on site with a maintenance team of 26 heads. They are only recruiting for an electrically biased maintenance engineer due to retirement and their staff retention is one of the best in the area. They have a full order book, thousands of pounds worth of training where you will complete an optional Up-skilling course (EAL level 3 in mechanical) which will also give you an up-lift of £5,000 on your salary taking it to over £50,000 Monday – Friday only. Optional weekend overtime paid at x1.5 on a Saturday and double time on a Sunday, some engineers are clearing £60,000 a year without working Fri/Sat/Sun nights. This really is an incredible opportunity.
This is a rare opportunity where the company will train you to become fully multi-skilled with a paid for course and give you a salary increase of £5,000 once multi-skilled.
