We are looking for a mechanically biased maintenance engineer to join us at our brand-new plant In Leamington Spa. As a business we turned over more than £10 billion in the last year and we have no plans of slowing down any time soon.

As part of one of the most secure and growth industries of this decade our expansion has led to opening of new sites across the U.K. Globally, we employ over 50,000 people and this site alone will have a team of well over 100 people. This is an opportunity to be one of the first team members heavily involved with the project work and hands on maintenance in the future.

The successful maintenance engineer will have a strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, chains, shredders, grinders, extruders. Experience on all this machinery is not essential, a sound mechanical background is what we are looking for.

The environment can be heavy, dirty proper engineering particularly in warmer conditions, someone who thrives in this environment would be ideal

Experience Required

• 3 Years’ experience as a mechanically biased maintenance engineer within an industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to work as part of a small team on projects
• Recognised qualification in a relevant mechanical maintenance discipline.
