We are looking for a multi – skilled maintenance engineer of either a Mechanical or Electrical bias. As a company we turnover in excess of £30m and reinvest this in our maintenance department. Over the next year we will have installed a brand new completely automated production line, as well as investing in external training such as PLC courses.

Due to extensive investment our staff turnover is extremely low, we can offer you great longevity and job security in a very stable industry that our current maintenance team of 16 enjoy.

Successful candidates will have some form of formal qualification either in an electrical or mechanical discipline. Candidates from an FMCG background are preferable but not deal breaking and maintenance engineers from all backgrounds including an ex-forces background are very much encouraged to apply and will be considered equally.

Experience Required

• Some form of formal qualification (HNC, NVQ, C&G etc) in either a mechanical or electrical discipline.
• Must be able to read electrical drawings, work with inverters and 3 phase machinery.
• Ideally be able to fault find on PLCs – Not deal breaking
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a maintenance engineer in an industrial environment.
