£43,000 – £50,000 DOE + unlimited overtime (x1.5/double time)
Week 1: 6am-1:30pm
Week 2: 1:30pm – 9pm (rotating)
The Company:
The business are a specialist print business who have been manufacturing out of their site in Wolverhampton for many years, there is huge demand for their product and they have a full order book moving forward. This is a very good opportunity for someone who has experience working as a senior maintenance engineer. The hours are extremely social, 2.5 hours less than a standard Double Days. The maintenance team have been with the company years and I met with the Factory Manager who has been there for 25+ years.
The machines you will be working on involve pumps, ink machines, feeding machines, press machines and more. This is a role where you will get filthy time to time. This role is working as a senior maintenance engineer overseeing roughy a team of 8, this will involve some tasks such as end of shift reporting and being point of call for escalating, ordering parts etc.
Experience required for the senior maintenance engineer:
- Minimum 5 year’s experience working as a maintenance engineer from any background with supervisory/team lead experience
- electrically biased – PLC fault finding knowledge
- Experience in a supervisor role/team leader
