Days Monday – Friday (8am-4pm flexi-time) / 33 days holiday / x1.5 overtime – easily earn £50,000
This is an unbelievable opportunity for a maintenance engineer who wants a day’s role (flexitime) and earn up to £50,00 with overtime all paid at x 1.5. Working hours are either 6am – 2pm or 7am – 3pm or 8am – 5pm there is flexibility with this. You will receive overtime at x1.5 on a bank holiday AND a day in lieu. You will receive a total of 33 days holidays including a week off during Christmas. This company has an exceptional culture where you aren’t micro-managed or isn’t massive pressure. The role as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer is a 50/50 split reactive to PPM/project work. They have recently had £1.5 million pound investment into new machinery and have a healthy order book
Some of the machines you will be working on as a maintenance engineer:
- Washer systems
- Shot blasters
- Hydraulic/Pneumatics
- Test equipment
- Automated machinery
Experience required for the maintenance engineer:
- Exp. working as an electrically biased or multi-skilled maintenance engineer with mech skills – ideally 5 years +
- Electrically qualified to level 3
- Attitude is important, someone who find a solution no problems!
- Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment as a maintenance engineer
- Maintenance engineer with exp.
