The Company
We are recruiting for a household name in the building materials industry. They are a rapidly growing company who have recently invested in £1 million worth of new machinery. Part of your role will be implementing PPM schedules for this new machinery.
The Role
We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias (70:30 split minimum – either bias) to join the facility in Wakefield.
The role will include planned and reactive maintenance of a number of machines on site.
They are looking for a good team player who can fit seamlessly into the maintenance team. You will be working alongside the manager and an electrician who have 19 years at the company between them.
Experience Required
- Some form of engineering related qualification up to Level 3 (NVQ, HNC, City and Guilds, Indentured App) or time served.
- Multi Skilled element to your work, an ability to fault find both mechanically and electrically.
