Monday-Friday Days, 2 weeks mornings / 1 week afternoons rotating

Want to work as an engineer within a fast paced FMCG business? They are a family owned business who manufacture out of a state of the art site, due to expansion and coming off one of the best years they have had profit wise, they are looking to continue on this upwards trajectory by recruiting another maintenance engineer. Some of the machinery you will be working on will include conveyors, Ishida Check Weighs to Ilapak Baggers, Compactor Machinery and Jungheinrich Pump Trucks and much more.

Experience required:
- Minimum 3 year’s experience working as a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer ideally within a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Food/drink manufacturing experience desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of packaging machines is extremely advantageous
- Qualified in an Engineering discipline – C&G/NVQ
- Must have knowledge of 3-phase motors, contactors, sensors, relays and general electrical fault finding, PLC knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- Need to be mechanically sound
- Any manufacturing environment welcome – FMCG, Food, plastic, packaging, Pharmaceutical, foundry, brick, distribution, automotive, metals, RAF, Forces etc
