Maintenance Engineer (Either bias or multi-skilled engineer)

£38,000 – £43,000 basic + Overtime (X1.5, X2)
OTE £50-55K+
10% pension contribution
About the Role:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to proactively keep the site running smoothly.
- Attend to reactive work throughout shits
- Big focus on being proactive over reactive as this reduces downtime.
- Continuous Improvement suggestions are always welcomed.
- You will be working on kilns, extruders, pick and place machinery, heavy-duty conveyors.
- Be an integral part of the team as a maintenance engineer.
What You Need:
- NVQ L3 or time served in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Have spent some time within a maintenance engineer role
- Any welding skills and capabilities are a bonus
- Experience in a similar industry is favourable
