We are looking for an experienced maintenance manager to manage our team of 12 engineers at our manufacturing plant in Lutterworth. Globally as a business we turnover more than £1bn annually and are multinational operating in over 50 countries across the globe as a household name in manufacturing.
Joining us at our 26-acre plant in Lutterworth will give you the opportunity to directly manage a full team of experienced engineers and technicians with direct control over improvements and projects etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Budget management and direct control over implementation of improvements and planned maintenance across the plant.
- Manage plant operations across a 24/7 production plant.
- Closely involved in maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Management of the CMMS system.
Experience Required
- Previous experience as a maintenance manager in an industrial environment.
- Electrical and mechanical engineering maintenance skills
- Previous experience of project implementation and continuous improvements.
- Proven track record of budget management.
