What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing multiple lift installation and modernization projects from conception through to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Managing project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient operations
• Liaising with clients, providing clear communication on project timelines, progress, and any potential challenges
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project stages
• Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver successful project outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Lift Project Manager or in a similar role, managing lift installations or modernizations
• Strong understanding of lift systems and mechanics
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and ensure project satisfaction
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project demands
