Amazing opportunity to work on days, Monday to Friday offering £40-45K plus plenty of overtime paid at premium rates. We are looking for a stick welder/site welder/fabricator to join a world-leading, forward-thinking company which has a focus on sustainability. You will be part of the maintenance team, and be a designated welder on site, working closely with fitters and maintenance engineers.

The Opportunity:
The site has a range of plant equipment – 2000 tonne shears, mobile cranes for material handling, screw conveyors, in feed conveyors, Separators, sortation machines, big industrial magnets and more. It’s a heavy industrial environment where most of the work will be outside, hence the stick welding experience needed. You will have to be self-motivated to get your hands dirty quite often in the wet and cold.

Experience required:
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in welding and fabrication or equivalent
- Stick welding
- Vertical welding
