Location: Coventry
Salary: up to £28,000
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday  7am – 4pm
Friday 7am – 3pm 
 

We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our dynamic team working to support the Maintenance team on the general facility up-keep. As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Handyman:

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Perform basic plumbing and drainage maintenance tasks as needed.
• Undertake decorating tasks, including filling, sanding, and painting, to maintain the appearance of our premises.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from site staff and address any reported issues efficiently.
• Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and basic equipment 

Requirements for the successful Handyman:

• Proven experience as a Handyman with an industrial background.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
