I am recruiting for a role, close to Nottingham City Centre, for a large stable employer offering £39.5k for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to come and join their ranks!
The company are a bakery who produce quiches, they are an extremely large company with solid foundations and investment plans.
The role includes lots of preventative work, as well as reactive work and continuous improvements.
The work isn't complex, it is maintenance on flow wrappers, conveyors, gearboxes (SEW), servo drives, inverters, pneumatics and hydraulics. All of which are straight forward bits of kit for a seasoned maintenance engineer. Even the PLCs are easy to get your head around!
What They Need From You:
– NVQ L3 in Electrical/General Engineering or similar
– Apprenticeship served, focusing on Maintenance/Engineering/Electrical Principles
– Experience working in Maintenance in food or FMCG environments
– A can-do attitude. They need you to be independent and know exactly what you want to do and have a plan on how you will achieve it
– PLC knowledge is a bonus
